Gresham Walford has arrived at Spin Doctors and will begin training for a long term goal of establishing a cobble team. We anticipate this will be tough going but as Walford is only 20 time is on our side.
After last season's trainees were a complete flop (the arguable exception Quast at least having a future as a lead out sprinter) we are hoping for a little more luck this time, but even if not we hope for Walford to be a useful cobble support rider at the least.

Yep it is, I have tried three times. Failed all times because of the riders max to early to be good captains.
Boo! Walford has maxed. A semi-useful pave pacer I suppose. Developing a cobble team may be a serious challenge!
Nice project! I have done this quite a lot of seasons and enjoyed it a lot. Good luck!
Thank you. I've just looked at the number of English cobblers and realised I'm going to need to train a few of my own pave pacers. At least if I'm starting with a 20 year old I have time on my side!
Looks promising. Good luck with his training.
